Bucketlist #43 : Panjat tangga Batu Caves checked!
Sebenarnya lama dh teringin nak pi training dekat Batu Caves, tp macam malas since bebila boleh pi, dekat je kan so since last weekend mcm nak take a break from hike memane yang jauh, we went for Bt Caves instead. It was just 10 mins (or less) from my house so kitorang gerak at 7.30 am which is late sebenarnya, at first ingat nak park dekat depan KTM Batu Caves tu but nab kata dalam boleh parking, so we parked inside. Macam jakun juga sebenarnya since tak pernah tahu how the inside looks like, rupanya parking besar and banyak gila dalam tu tapi kena bayor RM2 for parking.
First thought dalam kepala is 'takpe ke masuk ni dhlah pakai tudung nanti dorg fikir apa pulak' hahaha gila unmatured, but i guess everyone pun rasa mcmtu, and i bet thats how non-muslim feels bila masuk masjid. feel that, bruh.
the facts is, they don't even care. ha-ha.
there's no weird looks on their face, in fact, ramai je org melayu dalam tu, and they all came for the same reason, training.
at first rasa mcm 'ala, biasa biasa je kut tangga dia, training sini wouldnt be harder than panjat memane' lol i was wrong. naik turun few times pun rasa nak tercabut nyawa. for god sake, it's not easy. patut pun depa training sini.
met a 53 years old malay makcik dekat atas, and we borak, turns out she's on training for Nanga Parbat base camp (Nanga Parbat is the 9th highest mountain in the world at 8,126 metres (26,660 ft) above sea level) & already went to Annapurna base camp. God, its always been my dream weh, to be able to step my bare feet on ABC, insya allah one day. That makcik told us that time dorg training for ABC, they need to complete 10 sets naik turun tangga Bt Caves tu in one hour. thats not a joke k but they did, and salute ah this type of ppl, fit gila even dah in their 50's.
and that makcik advise us to keep doing this sementara muda, well, jangan jadi mcm dorg dah in 50's baru nak pi sana sini. tapi makcik pawer k. salute. insya allah penuh tabung, stamina okay, kitorang pi. we need to dream high, and make it possible. *insert emoji bicep*
we will,
Annapurna base camp, kausabajap.
